A luthier reached out wanting to automate their guitar bridge production through CNC without losing the character of their handmade work. Working from reference photos and a few key baseline measurements, I reverse-engineered the original design into a production-ready 3D model. The challenge was translating organic, hand-carved curves into clean digital geometry that stays true to their acoustic setup while being fully optimized for machine tooling.
